What did the US State Department say about the loss of F-16?
According to NDTV report, the US State Department said, “You ask the Government of Pakistan whether their F-16 fighter jets were killed or not.” America has complete information about all the F-16 fighter jets with Pakistan. The US team monitors it 24 hours. There has been a special agreement between the US and Pakistan, under which the US team is deployed here. Pakistan currently has around 75 F-16 fighter jets. In 2019, Wing Commander Abhinandan killed F-16 from his MiG-21.
India killed Pakistan’s 5 fighter jet
Air Chief Marshal AP Singh said in Bengaluru on Saturday (9 August 2025) that India’s S-400 Air Defense System had killed five fighter aircraft of Pakistan in Operation Sindoor. Apart from this, India was also piled up by India Airborne Early Warning and Control and Electronic Intelligence aircraft. This aircraft helps in the work related to air monitoring and intelligence. According to the Air Force, the aircraft of the Pakistani army were killed from a distance of about 300 km.
The Indian Army gave a befitting reply to drone and missile attacks on the Western border from Pakistan under Operation Sindoor and the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir. According to the Indian Army, on the late night of 8 and 9 May, Pakistan carried out several attacks, which was successfully thwarted by the Indian Army.
