Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav has made serious allegations against the Election Commission regarding the special intensive revision process in Bihar. He called Sir as ‘only Eyewash’ and alleged that the entire exercise is an organized conspiracy to remove the name from the voter list.
‘Our form has not yet been filled’
Tejashwi said, ‘The Election Commission is claiming that more than 80% forms have been filled, while our own form has not been filled. The question is, is this figure true? And if yes, then how many forms are real and verified? ‘
He also claimed that many voters are not even aware that the form has been filled in his name. Both BLO and common citizens are confused about this process.
Tejashwi Yadav asked why the Election Commission did not change the list of documents despite the advice of the Supreme Court? He directly alleged that ‘the Election Commission is working at the behest of the BJP’.
‘If even one vote is cut, it will be a crime’
Tejashwi expressed doubt that it is not that at the behest of BJP and its top leaders Modi, Amit Shah and Nitish Kumar have been targeted for cutting 10-50 votes from every booth? He said that if a single vote is deducted, there will be no greater crime than this, and it will be responsible for the Prime Minister, Home Minister and Chief Minister.
Owaisi also raised questions
At the same time, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi has also questioned this process. He said, ‘It is shameful that a constitutional body is now making a statement quoting’ sources’. This work is being done just before the election, when the poorest section does not have the necessary documents. It seems that people are being deliberately helpless.
‘Now it is understood how the names of foreigners have come in the voter role’
BJP IT cell chief Amit Malviya hit back at the opposition, saying, “When the SIR was last in Bihar in 2003, there was an RJD government in the state, Rabri Devi was the Chief Minister, but Lalu Prasad was indirectly dominated power. It is now understood how the names of foreigners got included in the voter role. It is also becoming clear why the contractors of secularism from Delhi to Patna are so upset.
