On the other hand, Pakistan is also going to get the 5th generation modern fighter aircraft J-35 from China. Talking about India, it currently has the Rafale Jet manufactured by the French company Dassaur Aviation as the most advanced fighter aircraft, which is technically considered to be the fighter jet of 4.5 generations. Amidst all these news, the question arises in the minds of common people that what is this ‘generation’ of fighter jets?
The word ‘generation’ means here on the basis of technical and warfare of fighter jets from their development order or generation. As the technology progressed, fighter jets also became faster, fatal, smart and automatic. In this sequence, they are divided into separate ‘generations’ or generations.
The generation here is directly from the generation of fighter jets. For example, the world’s first fighter jet ‘Messerschmitt Me 262’ is considered to be Generation -1. After this, two fighter jets were built in them, lectronic systems, weapons and radars were improved. All fighter jets, which are built between 1955 and 1970, have been called the second generation fighter jet. Integrated engine systems were used in the aircraft that came after 1970. That is, airframes and engines used to come together. This is the third generation of fighter jet.
Fighter jets built in the 1970s to 2000s are considered a fourth generation aircraft. The 4th generation jets were the first aircraft that could be used in different missions like interceptor or bomber, in every way. The fifth generation fighter jet has an advanced electrical system in advance.
Most of the systems in the fifth generation jets are automatic. During the war, they find the danger by themselves, in some way, with which weapons to attack them, they also decide and tell the pilot. No jet of 6th generation is still operational in any army. However, America, Russia, Britain-Italy-Japan, France-Germany-Spain have announced that they are working on a 6th generation fighter jet.

The sixth generation fighter jets have not yet become operational in the Air Force of any country, but many countries are working in this direction. Countries like the US, Russia, Britain-Italy-Japan and France-Germany-Spain are working on the prototype of 6th Gen fighter jets.
