Filmmaker Zoya Akhtar’s film ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ has recently completed his 10 years. His multi-starrer romantic-comedy film was very much liked by everyone. However, this film was not like his previous film Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. But it too got a lot of love from the audience. In the film, Anil Kapoor played Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra’s father.

The star cast of the film was quite big and fantastic. It also included famous actor-filmmaker Parmeet Sethi who played the role of Lalit Sood, a relative of Anil Kapoor. Parmeet Sethi told that when he and Anil Kapoor were going to Spain for the shooting of the film, the actor had to run away in a towel throughout the airport due to his mistake.
He said, ‘I and Anil were sitting on the plane from India together to go on the shooting of Dil Dhadakne Do. Before going to Barcelona, ​​we had a break in Istanbul. Both of us are eating food and talking together in the business class lounge. He requested me to check the boarding time of our next film. His staff was standing outside the lounge and both of us were there. When I went there to check the time, everything was written in the Turkish. I told him that we have a lot of time, there is no problem.
Then there was a good gold and steam spa in the lounge. Anil told me that let’s take off clothes, go there comfortably. We are both chilling in the spa room there. Suddenly a man comes and asks us our names and says that our flight is going to come out. I was surprised. So actually I had considered the time of flight to the boarding time. The poor Anil was in the towel and I took him out to come.
Anil Kapoor forced to run at Istanbul Airport
Parmeet Sethi further told that he and Anil Kapoor were forced to flee at Istanbul Airport to board the flight board. However, both of them could not sit on the flight during this time, after which Parmeet felt very embarrassed. He told, ‘I told him that everything was written in Turkish and I was confused. I thought we have an hour. We quickly dressed our clothes and started running at the airport.
‘We had run away about 2-3 kilometers but by then the doors were closed to board the flight board. We missed the flight and I was so embarrassed. I continued to apologize to him, but he was so good that he told me that there is no mistake in this. My staff should have told me. They were waiting for us there, they should have told them. Parmeet Sethi further told that he and Anil Kapoor had to stay in Istanbul one night.
During this time, the crew of his film was very upset. When both reached Barcelona, ​​they were unable to see anyone. Because he had made a big mistake, thinking about which he still feels very bad.
