Chief Election Commissioner Dnyanesh Kumar said, “I want to clarify that according to the Constitution of India, only citizens of India can choose the MLA, MP. The citizens of any other country do not have this right. If such people have filled the calculation form, then some documents have been sought to prove their eligibility in the SIR process, which will be fully examined by 30 September and in such cases, people will be found during the case which are not a citizen of our country and they will not have any votes during the case. will form.”
The Chief Election Commissioner said, “When all the appropriate procedures of the election were followed and no election petition was filed, then why are allegations of vote theft are being made. Neither the Election Commission nor the Election Commission nor the voters are frightened by the unfounded allegations of double voting and vote theft. It is a matter of serious concern that some parties and their leaders are spreading misinformation about SIR in Bihar.”
