Operation Sindoor: After the Pahalgam terror attack, India had an aircraft on Pakistan’s terrorist bases, which tried to attack India with missiles and drones, but all its attacks failed. Pakistan suffered heavy losses in India’s retaliation and many airbases of Pak Air Force were destroyed. Meanwhile, satellite pictures have revealed that India’s missile also attacked the Grocery Hills. It is said that the neighboring country keeps its nuclear weapons here.
Google Earth Satellite image is indicating that a possible missile attack on the grocery hills in Sargodha district. These images were made public by satellite imagery expert Demian Simon in June 2025. Simon claimed confirmation of the attack in May from the image taken from Google Earth on X. However, a few days after the action, the Indian Air Force clearly denied that they did not target Pakistan’s nuclear weapon storage.
Explain that Grocery Hills is considered a highly protected and strategic field of Pakistan’s nuclear program. There are facilities related to underground tunnels, radar stations and nuclear tests. Sub-cultical nuclear tests were done here in the 1980s.

Did India warning the grocery hills by attacking?
Simon responded to the question of a user, saying that the attack was not focused on underground tunnels, but it appears that it was just an attack as a warning, causing no serious military damage. This comment supports the official line of the Indian Army in which it said that the grocery hills were not targeted. However, while answering the question of a journalist, Air Marshal A.K. Bharti smiled at the press conference and said, “Thank you … for telling that there are some nuclear establishments in the grocery hills and we did not attack there.”
Sargodha airbase was damaged
Not only the grocery hills, the satellite image paintings also showed a loss on the runway of Sargodha Airbase. The Pakistani Air Force later repaired quickly, which confirms that it was a strategically high priority area.
Pakistani media claims opened
Pakistani media claimed that India’s Adampur airbase was attacked and a Sukhoi-30 MKI and S-400 air defense system was damaged. Damian Simon described these claims as false and presented an image of March 2025, in which only one MiG-29 was shown in regular maintenance. Later Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself reached Adampur Airbase and rejected Pakistani claims by photographed in front of the S-400 missile defense battery.
