Whose victory in 12 days of war? What are the claims of America, Israel and Iran?

After the 12 -day war, all three of America, Israel and Iran are claiming their victory. The US says it prevented Iran from making atomic bombs and strengthened its role in West Asia, while Israel claimed to destroy Iran’s military bases and abolish top military leadership.
