‘Why not be legal action …’, ACB notice on 15 crore allegations, asked 5 questions – Arvind Kejriwal ACB Notice Over Bribe Offer seeks 16 aap MLA and caller details ntc

A day before the result of Delhi Legislative Election, politics has been hot in the capital. Here, AAP leaders including Arvind Kejriwal alleged horsepower. It was alleged that the MLAs were offered a ‘Rs 15 crore offer and pressure was made to leave the Aam Aadmi Party’. Now LG VK Saxena ordered an inquiry into these allegations. To record the statement, a team from the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) went to Kejriwal’s house and has given a notice with five pointers questions.

1. Arvind Kejriwal, in his X post on 6 February, claimed to offer 15 crore offers to AAP MLAs and pressurize them to leave the party. The first question of ACB has asked whether those posts were done by Arvind Kejriwal or not?

2. ACB has also sought information about 16 MLAs who had received phone calls with bribery offers.

3. ACB has also sought information about the person from Arvind Kejriwal, who allegedly made phone calls to offer bribe to AAP MLAs.

4. The ACB has also sought evidence from Kejriwal and said in the notice, “AAP and your party members should present evidence to support the claims/allegations of offering bribes leveled on various media/social media platforms.”

5. ACB said in the notice to Kejriwal, “Explain why proper legal action should not be taken against people who spread such information on media/social media platforms, which should not be taken like creation of panic and disturbance among the people of Delhi Is.”

Uproar over Arvind Kejriwal’s claim!
