Amidst the fierce struggle with Iran, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, IDF Chief of Staff Iyal Jamir, Defense Minister Israel Catz, Minister of Strategic Affairs Ron Dermer held a high -level meeting with senior US officials on Thursday night. US Vice President JD Vance and American Defense Minister Pete Hegseth also attended this meeting.
According to The Jerusalem Post, this meeting has been held when the US is considering whether it is involved in Israel’s military operations against Iran. US President Donald Trump has said that he will take a final decision in the next two weeks whether the US will be involved in attacks against Iran.

White House Press Secretary Caroline Lewit told reporters that President Trump will decide in two weeks in view of the possibility of possible negotiations with Iran in two weeks or not. Levit also clarified that Trump is interested in diplomatic solutions, but his biggest priority is to ensure that Iran never gains nuclear weapons.
America’s military preparations
Meanwhile, three American aircraft carriers are being sent to the Middle East and 10 American military cargo aircraft have already left for the US Central Command locations. It is an indication that America wants to be military prepared for any situation.
