The entrepreneur came into talks and showed interest in learning and investing about the stock market. The entrepreneur was then added to a group where he was lured to three times the money in a few days.
On behalf of the company, the said receptionist got Rs 70 lakh in different accounts in the name of investing in the stock market in 47 days. After this, when the entrepreneur suspected, he asked for the money back. On this, the receptionist turned off his phone.
The victim has lodged an FIR in this regard at the cybercrime police station in Panipat. He has also given the police details of all his transactions. The police is investigating the case.

Messing yourself and said by mistake In the complaint given to the police, Sagar (on the insistence of the entrepreneur) said that he is a resident of Model Town. He has an industry in Shiva Nagar. On 24 October 2024, a WhatsApp message came from a number on his phone, which did not mean any special meaning.
When he called the message number, a lady picked up the call. Lady described her name Ayesha Sharma and said that she is a receptionist in a Mumbai company. Lady said that this message was to be sent to someone else but accidentally went to your number.

After this, Ayesha Sharma said that she works in a Mumbai -based company that deals in the stock market. He called his company’s name Retphin Investment Limited and also sent his details to Sagar’s mobile number.
When Sagar said that he does not know much about the stock market, the receptionist said that his company teaches people to work in the stock market.
Discussion on stock market in group When Sagar expressed his desire to work in the stock market, it was added to a group. There were about 70 to 80 people in that group. In that group people used to discus about the stock market daily.
In the group, that receptionist named Ayesha Sharma used to put updates daily. In the group itself, he told that he is an assistant to Professor Sahadev Rajput, who is an expert in the stock market.
While adding Sagar to the group, the receptionist instructed that you only look at the group and if you do not understand anything, then understand it separately.
Greed for three times the money in 45 days On 10 November 2024, some schemes were reported in the group in which the lure was given to three times the money in 45 days. After this, gradually, many other schemes were lured by good returns. After coming to his words, Sagar invested 50 thousand rupees on 5 December 2024 in many schemes. On this investment, Sagar was won by providing good profit.
Once the trust was done, the company invested 70 lakh rupees from Sagar in different schemes by 20 January 2025.
Turned the phone if asked for money
Meanwhile, Sagar suspected that there was something wrong with him. At this he told Ayesha Sharma that he wants to withdraw his money. Ayesha started ignoring it and tried to tell her about many other schemes.
When Sagar was adamant on his point, the woman stopped her phone. The mobile number of every member included in the group in which he was added in that group also started coming off. Sagar then realized that he had been cheated under complete planning.
He then made five complaints on the National Cybercrime Portal and demanded action against the culprits. Also demanded to get his money back.
