1. stop your breath
The biggest mistake in yoga is to stop their breath. Initially, when people are trying to create the right posture, focus or balance, they stop their breath during that time. Stopping breath prevents the flow of energy and causes stress that is completely opposite to yoga practice. Breathing or quitting is techniques that occur in certain moments of easies.
If you feel that you have to stop your breath, then it is a sure indication that you are putting a lot of emphasis in doing yoga. While it should be effortless. 2. Do not take support

3. Do not do yoga on an empty stomach
Doing yoga on an empty stomach or any exercise is usually considered good, especially in the morning. This helps in focusing better, bringing flexibility in the body and taking deep breaths. Apart from this, in such asanas in which you have to turn your top part or bend forward, then it is more right to empty the stomach. It is good to avoid eating at least 1-2 hours before doing yoga, but if you feel the need or to avoid weakness or dizziness, you can eat light things like fruit or smoothie an hour before.
