11 madrasa sealed on Indo-Nepal border in Maharajganj, bulldozers run on tomb-

Within a week, 11 madrasas have been sealed after running bulldozers on the tomb and madrasa, after which there has been a stir among illegal occupants. So far, 41 illegal madrasas have been closed in 5 days action in Shravasti, 139 illegal occupations were also vacant.

A total of 41 madrasas were closed in the action taken so far in the last five days. According to the information, on Thursday also, 4 madrasas of Tehsil Bhinaga Madrasa Jamia Rijavia Manul Uloom, Tehsil Jamunha’s 4 madrasas- Madrasa Darul Uloom Gausia Faizane Raza Bastipurwa, Madrasa Gausia Jiaul Quran Hasanpur Begmapur, Madrasa Gausia Misbahul Ulum Maholi and Madhul Ulum Bankatwa Maholi The papers were closed due to non -submission of the documents.

At the same time, action was taken to free the illegal pucca houses, permanent and temporary illegal encroachments built on 8 government lands coming within a radius of 15 km from the India Nepal border under Section 67 of the Revenue suit, in which so far the action was taken against illegal encroachment on a total of 139 cases.

District Magistrate of Shravasti Ajay Kumar Dwivedi said that especially the border areas that are in the border area, all the institutions that are in a radius of 0 to 10 km are under testing. In this, the gram sabhas which are built on the government land, or the standard of recognition, have not been fulfilled, the action has been taken on the rules.

Indo-Nepal in Bahraich fell on illegal encroachment in the border area-

The district administration is running a comprehensive campaign against illegal encroachment in the 10 km of Indo-Nepal border areas of Bahraich district in Rupaidiha and Motipur in 10 km from No Mans Land. In this regard, Chief Revenue Officer of the district Devendra Pal Singh said that a total of 384 illegal occupation cases were identified in the border area. Action is being taken to free encroachment by running the campaign. In which 127 illegal occupations have been removed from the Indo-Nepal border of the district from Nanpara and Mihipurwa (Motipur). At the same time, notice has also been issued to remove 257 other occupations and they will also be freed soon.

Along with this, intensive checking of madrasas being run illegally in 10 km enclosure of the border area is also being done and action has been taken to seize a total of 6 madrasas from both the border tehsils. In this regard, extensive checking of more than two dozens of madrasas of the border area is being done with local police and revenue officials under the leadership of the minority officer of the district. In the 6 madrasas that have been seized, four madrasas have been found in the border area Rupaidiha police station area under Nanpara tehsil, which were operated in private buildings without recognition and people. Whereas, two madrasas have come under the process of action under Mihipurwa (Motipur) tehsil, in which a madrasa was built by encroaching the land of the cemetery.

The administration whip on illegal madrasas in Balrampur-

In Balrampur district, the district administration has started taking action on illegal tomb and madrasas and encroachments in the areas adjacent to the Indo-Nepal border. Following the instructions of the government, the district administration has become active and action is being taken against illegal constructions. In the action taken so far, possession has been removed from an illegal madrasa in Balrampur and notices have been issued to five other madrasas. Apart from this, two mausoleums have been evacuated.

Action has been completed on three of the 13 illegal encroachments identified in the district. Apart from this, 20 madrasas found to be standard have been closed. This action has been taken after the government’s directive. After this, the district administration has started a campaign against illegal constructions.
