Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath expressed displeasure over recent incidents in several districts including Kanpur, Varanasi and Moradabad at a high level meeting on Friday. He has directed the administration to take strict action against the miscreants. He said that it is necessary to ensure peace, security and community harmony in the state during Dussehra festival. Decisional action should be taken against the miscreants so that they cannot dare to spread chaos again.
In fact, in a high -level meeting on Friday, CM Yogi took a tough stand on efforts to spread chaos by special sects and demonstrations in many districts including Kanpur, Varanasi, Moradabad. He instructed the officials in clear terms that Dussehra is a symbol of burning of evil and terror and decisive action will be taken against the miscreants on this auspicious occasion.
‘Government will crush miscreants’
He said, ‘The government will crush every miscreant.’ Officials were instructed that such action should be taken against the miscreants that they could not dare to spread chaos again. For this, every miscreant was ordered to identify every miscreant through video footage and social media monitoring. Also directed to register FIRs immediately on incidents in districts like Kanpur, Varanasi and Moradabad and even investigate the property of the miscreants.
Emphasis on women safety
Describing women’s safety as the highest priority, the Chief Minister said that in cases like tampering, chain snatching and acid attacks, the responsibility of police response vehicles (PRVs) will be fixed. During Dussehra, instructions were given to take special vigilance to ensure security in garba and dandiya events.
Arrest should be spread
He insisted on preventing infiltration of Bahuparis and effectively implementing the mission power 5.0. At the same time, expressing strong objections to the rumors related to Reiki and theft from the drone, ordered to increase the arrest of those who spread rumors and increase the activism of the watchmen.
The Chief Minister has ordered to completely curb efforts to incite caste struggle. He said that his instructions should be followed literally. Crowd management instructions
He has instructed the administration to make a smooth traffic arrangement and adequate security arrangements in view of the crowd in the festive season and ITS in UP. He has also ordered the administration to give priority to the visits and meetings of in -charge ministers and other public representatives in the districts. Along with this, the reports of core group meetings have been directed to directly reach the Chief Minister’s Office.
