New Delhi: Punjab King’s hat -trick hero Yuzvendra Chahal revealed that he managed to hunt four in one over, including three consecutive wickets against Chennai Super Kings, using his mind. On the night of 30 April, Chahal had understood that when the pacers were putting a slurry ball, the ball was getting a little stuck. In such a situation, he changed his line. When Chahal, who had robbed 23 runs in the first two overs, came to throw the third over, Dhoni welcomed him with a six.
Mahi Bhai was at the crease
Chahal said in a video posted on the IPL website after the match with captain Shreyas Iyer, ‘I knew that Mahi Bhai was batting and Dubey (Shivam) at the crease is also at the crease but I was feeling inside that I would go out to dismiss them. I will not think whether Mahi Bhai will hit a six or Dubey will kill. It was in my mind that I should do whatever is my best bowling and keep changing the line.

MS Dhoni hit him on the very first ball in which Chahal took a hat -trick. But he was dismissed on the score of 11 runs on the second ball. On the fourth ball, Deepak Hooda (2), Anshul Kamboj (0) on the fifth and Nur Ahmed (0) on the last ball, made their second IPL hat -trick of IPL history.
