NDA’s big meeting before Bihar-Bengal elections, PM Modi gives mantra to BJP’s colleagues

Encouraged by the victory in the Delhi Assembly elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) -led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) pledged to contest all the upcoming assembly elections including Bihar and West Bengal on Thursday (February 20, 2025). In this meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the leaders of NDA discussed various issues and emphasized the unity of the alliance.

In this meeting held under the chairmanship of PM Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah , Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, Shiv Sena Chief Eknath Shinde , Ajit Pawar of Nationalist Congress Party, Apna Dal (S) many NDA leaders including Sone Lal Patel were involved.

Apart from this, many Chief Ministers of BJP ruled states also attended this meeting. The leaders of the coalition reached the national capital to attend the swearing -in ceremony of the Delhi government.

BJP alliance will contest elections together

BJP General Secretary Vinod Tawde told reporters, ‘In the meeting, Prime Minister Modi said that the NDA’s central and state governments will work firmly for the welfare of the people and the progress of the country. He said that the leaders of the coalition pledged to work united and strongly to ensure impressive performance in the elections to be held this year and next year. Focus on Bengal after Delhi

BJP is proud of the victory in Delhi after 27 years. After the victory of Delhi, BJP’s focus is now on those states where it did not get power for a long time like Delhi. Assembly elections are to be held in West Bengal in the beginning of 2026, where BJP is directly competing with Mamata Banerjee. In this sense, this meeting of BJP is also considered very important.
