The trustees of the famous Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai have claimed that evidence of black magic rituals has been found in the hospital campus. According to him, eight urns have been found under the floor of the office of the existing trustees, which have found human bones, skulls, hair, rice and other items related to tantric practices. The trustee of Lilavati Hospital is allegedly in discussion about misuse of money since the past.
These things were discovered on the basis of information received from a former employees and have also made a video during excavation. This happened when the hospital trust registered a case of embezzlement of more than Rs 1,250 crore against its former trustees, allegedly rigging the money through fake orders and records. However, the former trustee dismissed the allegations as baseless and malicious.
Vijay Mehta, brother of Kishore Mehta, the founder of Lilavati Hospital, three FIRs were lodged for alleged financial irregularities on his relatives and colleagues. Apart from this, complaints of tax evasion and tax evasion were also registered against former trustees.
The current trustees complained to the Enforcement Directorate, so that the scam could be investigated. The former trustees have allegedly moved to the UAE and Belgium.
Evidence found in the report
At the same time, another complaint was filed under the Maharashtra anti -black magic Act when hospital staff reported evidence of alleged black magic by former trustees to harm Prashant Mehta and his mother Charu Mehta.
However, Vijay Mehta’s son Chetan Mehta has denied allegations of black magic. He said, ‘Black magic allegations are not even worth answering and they are only to spread sensation.’
According to officials, Kishore Mehta went abroad for treatment in 2002. During this, his brother Vijay Mehta took over the temporary charge of the trust. Vijay Mehta allegedly signed a fake document and signed to appoint his sons and nephews as a trustee, while Kishore Mehta was removed from the post of permanent trustee. And after a long law fight, Kishore Mehta got his post back in 2016.
Forensic audit revealed disturbances
After Kishore Mehta’s death in 2024, his son Prashant Mehta became a permanent trustee. Prashant conducted a forensic audit of accounts, which revealed many major financial irregularities including embezzlement through fake orders and records. The financial records of the hospital were detected on a large scale after the recent forensic audit.
