America’s tension will increase, hearing what the people of Ukraine said about Trump government, big disclosure in survey

Ukrainians believe that Donald Trump’s President’s period is having a negative impact on Ukraine. According to a survey released on Tuesday, about three fourth (73 percent) Ukrainian citizens released this information.

This survey was conducted by Kyiv International Institute of Sociology. According to the survey, only 19 percent of the respondents considered Trump becoming President as beneficial for Ukraine. The remaining respondents did not have any opinion on this issue.

When asked whether Ukraine could achieve justified peace with the help of Trump’s reign, 55 percent of the people gave negative reply, 18 positive. 21 percent said that he believes that any peace agreement will be partly justice.

The survey was conducted through telephone interview with 1,326 adults from 12 to 22 March.

This survey shows changes in public opinion compared to similar survey conducted in December 2024. It was revealed that 54 percent of Ukrainians used to have a positive attitude about Trump becoming the upcoming President, 21 percent people saw it negatively, while 25 percent people did not have any opinion.

Trump has been continuously talking about ending the Ukraine War since becoming President on 20 January 2025. However, his stance has been harsh towards Kiev and quite soft towards Moscow. His attitude has worried Kiev and European countries.

US made separate agreements on 25 March to prevent attacks with Ukraine and Russia in the sea and energy goals. Washington agreed to create pressure to lift some restrictions against Moscow.

Washington said that all the parties will continue to work towards ‘permanent peace’. The White House said that they also committed to ‘develop’ ways to implement the ban on each other’s energy infrastructure.
