The court said that it is not appropriate to show sympathy to the accused.
In the judgment given on 29 March 2025 in the 2023 case in the 2023 case, the first class Judicial Magistrate (Asplayed Court), rejected the defense argument that the accused Kamran Khan is mentally unstable. The magistrate said that no evidence was presented by the accused in support of his mental health claim.

The court found Khan guilty under Section 505 (2) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) under sections 505 (2) (a statement that creates or promotes malice, hatred or malicious) and 506 (2) (criminal intimidation). The court has also imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 in addition to imprisonment to Khan for two years imprisonment.
‘Dawood Ibrahim is giving five crore rupees’
According to the prosecution, the accused called the main control room of the Mumbai Police in November 2023 and threatened that he would bomb the Government J Hospital. The complainant in the case told the court that the accused then said, “Modi’s life is in danger, Dawood Ibrahim is giving five crore rupees, he has asked Modi to end Modi.”
‘He is one crore to bomb Chief Minister Adityanath’
The court was told that the person also told that the people of Dawood Ibrahim, who were declared a global terrorist, were offering Rs 1 crore to him to bomb Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Adityanath.
