During the series or tournament, he gave a concession of a few days to stay with the family. Now the news is coming out that the BCCI has allowed the players to call the family to Dubai for a match.
According to the news of Dainik Jagran, the BCCI has changed its tough stance and has loosened the restrictions for the Champions Trophy starting on February 19. A BCCI source was quoted as saying that if a player wants, he can take his family to Dubai for a match. The reports also claimed that the cricketers selected for the 2025 Champions Trophy would not be allowed to take their families to the UAE.
Indian cricketers will be allowed to take their family along for a match during the Champions Trophy 2025. The Indian team led by Rohit Sharma will play all the matches of the ICC tournament in Dubai. Apart from three league matches, semi -finals and finals will also be played at this place.
Last month, there were reports that the BCCI has taken strictness and issued several guidelines to restore discipline. During the tour, a rule was also made to stay with the family with limited time. If the tour is more than 45 days, then the player’s family can stay with him for two weeks.
