Yasin Malik’s video conferencing will produce in Jammu court, 35 -year -old 2 serious cases will rise

The Supreme Court has allowed terrorist Yasin Malik to produce video conferencing in Jammu Court. A bench of Supreme Court Justice Abhay S Oka and Justice Ujjal Bhuiyan described Yasin’s argument as fruitless. Justice Oka said, “We are not hearing whether you are a terrorist or a political leader.” To this Yasin Malik said that he has supported 7 Prime Ministers of India- VP Singh, Chandrashekhar, PV Narasimha Rao, HD Deve Gowda, IK Gujral, Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Manmohan Singh in peace efforts."Auto" Style ="Text-Align: justify;"> & nbsp;

The judges were not impressed by these arguments. He said that according to the rules, it is possible to muscle and cross examination of witnesses through video conferencing. Proper facility of video conferencing is available in Tihar Jail and Jammu Court, therefore, Yasin Malik should be produced in Jammu Court in online mode itself. If the court judge ever feels that there is a technical problem in the action, then he can stop the hearing till the problem goes away.
