Friend’s friend is a friend. But the enemy of the enemy is also a friend. Actually, the war that has caused the war around the world, the results are being seen in something similar. Especially business relations between America and China are deteriorating. US President Donald Trump is very strict about China, in return, China is now giving open challenge to America.
At the same time, China is now extending the hand of friendship with those countries with which China does not have a good relationship. China is now doing all this to increase pressure on America. China is trying to bring such countries into its court, which has good business relations with America. Especially China is giving this indication about India.
Most tariffs on China
On April 2, America has announced a 34% tariff on Chinese imported products. After which China (China) has rose up, because in the US, the Trump’s government was imposed 20% tariff on China, while on Wednesday, 34% tariff has been imposed. According to this, the total China American tariff on China has increased to 54%, which is double the tariff on India. That is, America has given a double blow to China compared to India.
Although China is also hurting the US, when the Trump administration imposed a 20 per cent tariff on China in February-2025, China increased import duty on American products the next day. Now once China has threatened to take revenge of tariff from tariff. At the same time, China reacted to Donald Trump’s tariff, saying that there is no winner in Trade War, and China will also take retaliation to protect its interests.
According to a report, Global Times appeals to the US to immediately remove unilateral tariffs and resolve trade differences through negotiations. ‘ Meanwhile, China has also started committing mobilization against America.
China on target of Trump
Let me tell you, the US had first announced a 10% tariff on China, which was later doubled to 20%, which also imposed an additional tariff of up to 10-15% on US imports. That is, these countries will insist on increasing business with each other. Japan and South Korea are ready to import raw materials of semiconductor from China, while China is showing interest in buying chip products from Japan and South Korea. Not only this, South Korea-Japan-China-China is also planning to accelerate talks for free trade agreement.
Not only this, according to the Bi BEIND ambassador to New Delhi, China has also expressed its readiness to import more Indian products and increase business cooperation. This indication of China is being linked to America pushing on the backfoot. The tension between India and China continues since the year 2020.
